For a fashion world first, Chanel has announced that it will launch an “ephemeral” boutique in London’s Dover Street Market to showcase an edited selection of ready-to-wear, accessories and shoes from its Metiers d’Arts Paris-Londres collection. Karl Lagerfeld, described the collection as “an integration of delicate punk sophistication.” There will be exclusive window displays and installations throughout the store devoted to the design house for the event.
