Cox Bay, Auckland, New Zealand.

Spent the afternoon at Cox Bay today, helping my beautiful friend Amy with her solo show for next year. We bought fresh strawberries and cherries from the stall on the side of the road, listened to Frank Sinatra and The Andrew Sister’s and I took photos of the grey clouds rolling in and the old sea maps of Auckland. Story goes, my Grandad saved a boy from drowning here back in the day. My Grandad was a champion swimmer xx
