Australian filmmaker, Elissa Down is the creative brain behind 2008′s AFI winning film; “The Black Balloon”. Receiving a lot of press because of a star line up including international model Gemma Ward and ‘Muriel’s Wedding’ star Toni Collette, she goes head to head with J-MAN from Pedestrian TV on the making of her first feature film.
