As a dancer at heart I am always easily captivated by anything that is expressive physically.  Jennie from Lipsticktracez did a recent post about Michael Clark Dance Company showing a video from their 1985 work ‘Hail The New Puritan. Choreographed by Clark himself, he also collaborated with the larger than life performer, Leigh Bowery, who for this piece, designed the costumes. I am not sure what song they are dancing to but it is kind of Split Enz meets The Jam. The whole ensemble has this unforced, laid back-cool sort of feel and you instantly fall in love with rhythm and movement. Enjoy x Thanks Jennie!
