Leave it to Erin wasson to create something inspired by the streets of New York and the beach life of Southen California. Creating a new range for surf and street label RVCA, Erin Wasson peresented her capsule range to a small group of lucky people who were served Jell-O shots and mini bottles of Belvedere IX vodka, while she showed off her collection in a low key, rock n roll style that is true to Wasson. Variations on the American cowboy/rocker theme came by way of lace-up leather vest and crushed velvet bellbottoms, a fringed cowboy shirt, oversized cropped T-shirts, body-con micro dresses, faded denim and sheer bodysuits. The majority of looks were paired with semi-sheer tights, garter straps and knee socks. The range will be exclusive to Selfridges in the UK – and on Thursday 26th February Wasson will be on hand in the Oxford Street to advise and style some lucky shoppers.
