It all started with a piece of leather in her hands, until the impulse to start cutting became stronger and stronger….. et voila! “I love to look at the couture, the runways,” acknowledges Costello Brown, who launched her line three years ago as a sideline while working at accessories brand Billykirk. “But that fringe thing happened a couple years ago. I don’t want to say I was ahead of the curve. I mean, I was just doing my own thing.” Set to embark on earrings and bracelets (and maybe other accessories too), Costello Brown will have us fringing down the street in no time.
