Givenchy’s muse, Leonor Scherrer, is now diving into a designers role and starting her own line which is to be inspired by the way in which a ‘mourning widow dresses’. ‘Death’ and dressing for the ‘six-feet-under occasion’ sparks images of black and conservative two piece suits and dresses but before we get too bland we are told the line will also have a fragrance named Maximilia, plus, if Scherrer’s innate sense of style is anything to go by, we can be sure these collection pieces will be on every one of our wish lists in no time.
