Leading online store, LN-CC, have just launched underground Japanese label Wacko Maria to their womenswear category!! – it’s a Japanese menswear brand but they have bought it in smaller sizes because it looks great on girls too! (One of my favorite tess- shirts is my mens Wako Maria tee)

Wacko Maria SS11 - Founded in 2004 by retired Japanese soccer players Keiji Ishizuka and Atsuhiko Mori, Wacko Maria has quickly established itself as a major player in Japanese contemporary menswear. Their appreciation for American popular culture are all filtered through Ishizuka and Mori’s understated humour and aesthetics to produce a unique final product. LN-CC visited the brand’s Tokyo showroom and were lucky enough to chat with Mori about the roots and philosophy of their brand – here is the interview with the designers and check out the range available in our sizes below!
