While Derek’s paintings often appear photographic, each work depicts a sense of infinite delicacy and sophistication. “De Stijl” marks Derek’s first solo exhibition.

His work has also been displayed respectively with artists Kris Chau, Kime Buzelli, Dash Snow, David Ellis, Spike Jonze and Futura amongst others.

“De Stijl” opens at Verlaine 110 Rivington Street, October 12th, 6-9pm. Show runs until November 6.
