Last weekend we were lucky enough to be invited down to Queenstown for a dear friend’s wedding and to spend a couple of days living in Paradise. Paradise Trust, a beautiful location tucked inside a valley south of Glenorchy, is a dreamy piece of land which plays host to an 1880s-built home, a beautiful garden, and numerous quaint cabins.

Two days of speckled light, home-brewed beer, a giant macadamia tree, glowworms, roaming horses, an impressive vegetable patch, a resident peacock, sun rising through the valley, a wandering deer, and our own little fireplace…

I never wanted to leave.
