By now we are all familiar with the whole androgynous way of dressing, girls in denim overalls, boys in tight jeans, it’s definitely on the streets (and at times can go disastrously wrong), but every now and then someone gets it right with just the right balance of ‘cool’. This editorial ‘Boy Meets Girl’, of Raquel Zimmermann in Vogue Paris, is all that; excessively cool, sexy, carefree and best of all- with a whole lot of attitude. Admittedly, girls get the longer straw on this one. We can look cool in our boy’s shirts, get our jeans the next size up and adopt accessories such as badges, socks, braces, ties and hats, and still pull off looking cute and sexy.

I think in order for this way of styling to be successful you need one feminine item that balances out the outfit. As we know, too much of one thing is never good for us and this rule applies here too. Sure, wear your bow-tie and button-downs, but keep something going on that the boys cant have xx
