I think this is one of the things I what I want to be when I grow up, a set designer slash prop stylist. Swedish designer, Lo Bjurulf does exactly that, makes spaces look intimate and cosy and creates themed rooms and stages small still life compositions with products and pieces. I was talking yesterday with some friends about how we love, or NEED rather, to ‘potter’. A word that probably only exists in a female dictionary and believe me we can be professional at it. I always get noticed as being in ‘such a good mood’ when left alone at home for a couple of hours, where I can pick up, move, re arrange, tidy, add and take away all my little things. I’m sure you know what Im talking about.

Have a look through Lo Bjurulf’s work below… hopefully inspiring to get going on your own..
