With money being the deciding factor in many peoples lives at the moment, Tom Binns, the unofficial crown jeweler to America’s new First Lady, has come up with a blingin’ plan. From his latest collection,“Get Real”, which is in the windows of Colette in Paris, Irish born designer takes photographs of rings, necklaces, earrings, and watches ripped from glossy magazines and creates a rather outstanding necklace piece. Reassembled in his own style and then laminated for durability, it has safety pin closures to add to the punk rock vibe, alongside the $125 price tag. The jewelry arrives at Colette tomorrow.
